This website is run by Lucky North Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 12345348), at Floor 2, 1 Park Court, Park Cross Street, Leeds, LS1 2QH. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its “controller” under UK data protection law.

What this notice covers
It covers this website and enquiries you send us, through the contact form or by email. If you become a client, how we handle information as part of our work together is covered by our agreement with you.
The information we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you’re interested in and your message. Only your email address and message are required.
- When you email us: your email address, your message and anything you choose to include.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t use cookies, advertising tags or tracking on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about working together.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To keep the website and contact form secure and free of spam.
We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first.
Our lawful basis
We use your information because it’s in our legitimate interests to answer enquiries, run our business and keep our website secure, and these uses are what you’d reasonably expect when you get in touch. Where you’re asking about our services, we also use it to take steps you’ve asked for before entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run the website and our inbox, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it from abuse and processes contact form submissions.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider hosts our inbox, where enquiries are kept.
Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for up to two years after we were last in touch, unless you become a client. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
